Luis helps individuals and organizations balance productivity and well-being through Spiritual Intelligence. He draws on an analytical background in mathematics, two decades in IT—including 12 years at Microsoft—and a deep commitment to spiritual growth.

Born and raised in Lisbon in a Catholic family, Luis’s passion for mathematics was complemented by an early fascination with computing sparked by his first encounter with a ZX Spectrum. He earned a degree in Mathematics from Lisbon University and later ventured into IT—experiences that now inform his coaching and training. In 1999, he created Paroquias.org, one of Portugal’s leading Catholic information websites, and co-authored the 2001 book "Religion Online - The Best of the Internet on the Great Religions."

His credentials include certifications in Coaching (Erickson College International, 2011), Creating Wellbeing (The Wellbeing Lab, 2021), and Spiral Dynamics (National Values Center Consulting, 2014). He is a productivity and well-being coach and Spiritual Intelligence Coach at FULL FILL - Raising Intelligence.

Luis has led Conscious Productivity and Spiritually Intelligent Leadership training for organizations in Portugal, Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. In 2018, he co-founded Intelligensi with Yosi Amram, an initiative focused on supporting the development and practice of Spiritual Intelligence.

Committed to lifelong learning, Luis’s personal mission is to awaken greater Spiritual Intelligence in himself and in the world. He is also a proud father of two daughters.
